Round 6 - The Year OUT

Since life got a bit crazy, we decided to take a year off of cooking and treat ourselves to evenings out.

9/10/16 - picked up food from King Wah and headed to Helen's house. We met Sebastian for the first time!

11/5/16 - Kim picked The Welshfield Inn.  They pretty much had to kick us out of the dining room. Apparently, Middlefield goes to bed early.

12/3/16 - we went to Anna's new house in Beachwood. She stuffed us with so much bread, meat and cheese that we ended up not having any room for dinner. We did a little shopping at Legacy Village...I love my balsamic vinegar! Please remember that Restoration Hardware does not actually sell things in their store. Ended the night with chocolate cream pie and coffee to celebrate Kris' bday.

1/21/17 - Kris chose to meet up at Ninja City for dinner and then we walked over to Coquette Patisserie for dessert. I  ordered champagne and Helen brought diet cookies. Kim made me a delicious lemon bundt birthday cake and I got some very sweet presents from my very sweet friends. Thank you!

2/12/17 - Donut Fest

4/1/17 -We went to a tasting at Lilly's Chocolate, took home pizza from Crust and played UNO.  I sucked at UNO. Helen made a PLUM TART!

Around My French Table by Dorie Greenspan

Leanne picked the book "Around My French Table: More than 300 Recipes from My Home to Yours." That was a lot of recipes to choose from! We also drank a lot of bourbon.
